He is focused on origination, due diligence and ongoing management of outstanding investments for our clients. Marcel brings a unique investment skillset to 1010 Capital, developed through extensive M&A, investment due diligence, corporate strategy and operational improvement experience across private and public markets. Prior to joining 1010 Capital, Marcel was a Senior Manager at L.E.K. Consulting and an Associate Director in the M&A practice at PwC. During his time in those roles, Marcel led the development and successful execution of value-enhancing strategies for significant financial sponsors and global corporations, both in Australia and overseas. Assisting the Investment Director, he performs due diligence and management of our investment opportunities as well as providing operational assistance and day to day client engagement. Harry commenced his career at PwC, working across the Tax, Family Office and Deals lines of service. Throughout this time, Harry focussed particularly on providing financial due diligence and deal advisory services to private companies, private equity firms and corporate advisors. Most recently Harry worked at EBOS Group Limited, an ASX100 pharmaceutical wholesaler, as an in house corporate financial analyst. Tim is focused on making sure data needed for decision making is accurate and timely, and all our processes run smoothly. Prior to joining 1010 Capital, Tim led the technical operations departments for the multi-family offices of Mutual Trust and Myer Family Office, working across the various business units on process improvements and systems transformation. Tim also worked at investment manager Maple-Brown Abbott as an Investment Accountant and Change Agent.
